Invest alongside VIBE
VIBE Construction Group builds and develops residential property in and around Atlanta. We work with a small number of equity partners, usually one or two per project, on deals we source ourselves.
How we work
Most of what we build starts off-market. A typical project is a lot between $400,000 and $1,000,000 with an after-repair value of $2.5M to $5M or above. We are a Design-Build company working with architect partners, so design and construction sit under one accountable team rather than being handed between firms.
What partnering looks like
We joint venture on a per-project basis rather than running a fund. You see the specific lot, the specific plan and the specific numbers before anything is committed, and you are backing one identified project rather than a blind pool.
Who this suits
People who want exposure to ground-up residential construction in a market we know well, who would rather back a licensed operator with a build history than a spreadsheet, and who are comfortable with the timelines real construction runs on.
